Nigerian police refuses to protect its citizen but are protecting bags of rice with gun..lol

Looking at these photos, don't you want to weep for Nigeria? Police van with policemen with guns carrying and protecting a few bags of rice. The LIB reader who took the photos and sent it in said the police van was blaring their siren for other motorists to clear out of the way and grant them easy access. Except its not rice they are carrying. Na wa!
